CD PRODUCTIONS Terms of Service

Overview

This is the working service framework for the offers listed on our site: websites, login systems, custom business platforms, and mobile app development.

We operate remotely and primarily serve United States businesses. Startup-friendly agreements may include milestone plans, flexible deliverables, and custom pricing.

Scope and deliverables

• CD Productions delivers project scope as outlined in the signed proposal and approved discovery notes.
• Unless agreed in writing, third-party accounts, app store publishing, and hosting credentials remain owned by the client after transfer.
• Project delivery timelines may vary based on assets, approvals, and revision rounds.

Client responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate business, content, and brand information.
• Delays in approvals, content delivery, or account access can affect schedules and launch timing.
• Requested changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or milestone update.

Payments and tools

• All fees are payable through our payment provider Stripe.
• Stripe processing follows its published Stripe terms and Stripe privacy policy.
• Database or backend work may use Supabase systems. Supabase service terms are available at Supabase terms and Supabase privacy policy.

Ownership and handoff

• Final deliverables are transferred according to the signed project agreement and completed payment status.
• Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and internal workflows remain the property of CD Productions unless otherwise agreed.
• Support, maintenance, or future revisions are handled only when explicitly included or separately approved.
